Our Target Companies Generally Meet The Following Criteria:

  • Family Owned

  • Annual Revenues of $3M to $50M

  • EBITDA/SDE of $500K of annual profit

  • Principal operations in Canada & the United States

  • In business Five years, with a minimum of three years of prior financial statements

  • Owner(s) willing to stay on for a 3-12 month Transition Period and/or possible consideration of a 1-3 year contract but NOT Required.
