MCP is a Canadian-based private equity investment firm located in London, Ontario.
Founded in 2015, It was initially established as a solution to help business owners of lower mid-market companies grow through unconventional, private funding.
This included majority & minority stakes in family-owned companies throughout Canada to support growth when conventional lending was not an option.Our ventures were mainly supported by a “syndication” model with the backing of past & present business owners.
Today we continue the pursuit of growth with our motto
